1.1 Armed Forces & Civil-Military Coordination: Defence requires close civil-military coordination and appointments beyond political manipulation.

• Appoint the Chief of Defence Forces strictly by seniority; or, alternatively, by majority vote among the three senior-most Generals in a Core Commanders' Conference.
• Amend laws to remove political discretion, extension manipulation, and systemic confrontation permanently.

1.2 An Independent Judiciary: One Supreme Court, headed by a Chief Justice appointed by seniority or Full Court majority vote among the top three senior judges. Same principle applies to High Court Chief Justices.

• Appointments and promotions based on competitive examination, competence, integrity, and seniority where appropriate — not political nomination.
• Courts must deliver real justice on merit; adopt e-filing, online hearings, digital case tracking, automated case assignment, statutory timelines, and legal aid.

1.3 The Executive: Recruitment via competitive examination; promotions based on performance, integrity, and competence. Ministries must publish targets and move services online.

1.4 Parliament & Election Commission: Free, fair elections; biometric verification for all elections. Parliament's primary duty is public-interest legislation for a welfare state.

• Uncompromising zero-tolerance corruption policy across all state institutions.
• Priority cleansing of anti-corruption bodies: NAB, Anti-Corruption Establishment, and FIA.
• Reforming financial lifelines: Customs, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and Boards of Revenue.
• Targeted anti-corruption action within the judiciary and police to restore public justice.

• Balance imports and exports by boosting local production, agriculture, industry, tourism, remittances, and value-added exports while discouraging luxury imports.
• Develop domestic oil and gas; import regional energy (Iran oil, Azerbaijan gas) to curb cost inflation.
• Boost forex reserves through agriculture, industry, tourism, and remittances. Reduce IMF dependency by slashing government luxuries and unnecessary spending.

• Immediate, transparent review, renegotiation, or termination of unfair IPP agreements that charge for unused capacity.
